How to use our website?

To discover our products, you only have to choose a category or brand from the menu on the left. You can also explore the site by means of keywords, (in the box labelled “search” on top of the MCM logo), like for example the reference of a product.

To see more about a certain article, you just have to click on the picture to enlarge it.

From each product, there is an indication of its availability.

After you have made your choice, click the “add to basket” button (everything can still be changed later).

Then the choice is yours to add some more articles or to close your order by clicking on “basket” followed by clicking on “order”.

To be able to use the functions in the “user menu”, except viewing the content of your shopping basket, you will need to have a login and password. This is for your own safety. To identify yourself, please enter your Login and your Password. Your Login is your email. In case you lost or forgot the password we can use the password retrieval function. It then will be e-mailed to you.

If you had already placed orders on our website, you can view a summary of them by clicking the button labelled, “history of orders”.

You can return to the content of your basket on each moment and from each window of the site, by simply clicking on the link “basket” in the “users menu”.

After verifying your order and clicking on “order”, you have to identify yourself in the system by giving your email address (Login) and your password, which you have chosen during your first registration (after verification, you can always change your data). If this is your first order, please fill in the form “new customer” to open an account. All the data send on the site are encrypted (SSL 128 bits) to ensure a total security of the transfer of these data.

As soon as you are registered in the system, you have to communicate a delivery address for your order. If not the system will propose you the last delivery address. You can confirm this address or put in another one. Then click on “following” to close your order.

The last information that is asked to close your order is the modality of payment that you choose. Following credit cards are accepted: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard.
