Horizon Hobby changes the European distribution

Some of you might have heard Horizon Hobby is changing the distribution in Europe since Nuremberg. The national offices have been shut down and the complete "European" stock and distribution will be moving and will be centralised in one and the same place in Germany.

A very carefully selected selection of RC hobby stores will now be part of the "Certified Partners" by Horizon Hobby.

After a long lasting cooperation of more then 14 years where MCM covered all Horizon Hobby brands and almost all of their products with an axcellent service, we are very excited to onnounce that we are now an official "Horizon Hobby Certified Partner" ! 

Because of this continued cooperation all of these Horizon Hobby brands will remain available at MCM:

The MCM salesteam will -as always- be able to guide you to choose the most suiting product for what you seek, thanks to their competences, for when you want to drive, navigate of fly !

A large part of all available Horizon Hobby kits are in stock and ordering parts (if we don't have them in stock yet) will be very quick because of our privileged contact with Horizon Hobby Europe.

In any case of trouble our technician can try his best to fix the smaller problems, and in worse cases we're in a permanent contact with Horizon Hobby's RMA service for repairing or replacing a product, either covered under warranty or not.

What all of this means that you can still come to us for all Horizon Hobby related products and brands because they will stay available at MCM. Whether you live in Belgium, the Netherlands or France, the new organisation will not change your customer experience at MCM !
