The steps of processing your request for return

1/ Step « You »

You send us your request by email with our formulaire de contact.

2/ Step « MCM »

  • MCM (our Customer Service) processes your demand of returning.
  • If your demand is approved, you will receive a confirmation email telling you what to do: coordinate dispatch, return number and documents to enclose ...
  • The delivery of the applied product is at the charge of the customer.
  • To help track your request, send us the tracking number of your package

3/ Step « Supplier »

  • Our supplier: processes your request for warranty and examine this one: replacement, repair, repair on estimate, refund, no result ...
  • In the case of a repair on estimate you will obviously be consulted for its acceptance.
  • We are relaunching several times a week on our suppliers each current request.
  • We transmit immediately to you any new progress information on your current request.
  • It is unnecessary to contact the provider to keep informed about your current request, your only contact is MCM.

4/ Step « MCM »

MCM receives from the supplier, the result of the outcome of your request.

5/ Step « You »

We are relaying the action taken by the provider to your request for warranty claims.
In case a product needs to be returned to you, it will be at our charges.

How to perform a standard return ?

1/ I prepare my package

  • I make sure that each product is new (no traces of use), complete and in its original packaging;
  • I check that the packaging and dunnage perfectly protect products so that they arrive in good condition;
  • I make a copy of the invoice of my order (original invoice enclosed with the delivery) and I put it in my package.

2/ I ship my return

I send my package to the following address :

Advice of MCM: Keep a proof of your shipment and tracking number.

3/ MCM treat my return

  • We receive your package, process your return and we inform you of the actions we give to your request.
  • If your return is compliant, the treatment will be done as soon as possible.

Important :

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods to return the product.
  • The return costs are at your charge.
  • You are responsible for the packaging and the delivery of the return package.
  • Any product returned that does not meet the criteria outlined here will be automatically returned to the customer.
  • The gift vouchers are not refundable.

An error was made in your order?

  1. Upload via our formulaire de contact pictures of the product concerned and put the identified problem in evidence, and a photo of the received package.
  2. Describe the state of the package: it was damaged, open or taped by the carrier ?
  3. Send us also all the references found on the product or its packaging.

How does the warranty works ?

1/ Warranty period

Our products are usually guaranteed for 1 year unless :

  • Replacement of consumables, wear parts: tires, launchers, transmission parts (crown gears, universal joints) etc ...
  • Incorrect maintenance on the product (poor lubrication, corrosion, exposure to water products not waterproof, dirty product).
  • The damage covered by a specific mention in the data sheets.
  • Defects and their consequences due to the intervention by the buyer or repairer (disassembly electric or thermal motor, controller, remote control, charger, etc).
  • The consequences of the improper use to which the product is intended.
  • For batteries and esc's, modification of the connectors may void the warranty for some manufacturer (Traxxas, HPI, Losi, etc).
  • For LiPo batteries LiOn, LiFe, misuse voids warranty (excessive discharge, incorrect loading, storage rules not respected ...)

2/ Request under warranty

Let us know by email, or via our formulaire de contact, the problem you are having and the circumstances in which it occurred.
All elements illustrating more precisely your problem are useful: precise description, photos, video ...

Right to retract

The withdrawal period of the buyer is carried by www.mcmracing.com to 15 days.

The products must be returned to www.mcmracing.com in perfect condition for resale in their original state, with no trace of use and accompanied by the invoice or contact information of the buyer and comprehensive references ordered.

The batteries that already have been loaded, the vehicles that were used (even 5 min) can not be resumed.

Similarly, if the product has a warranty sheet or other documents to complete, it should not be filled in so that the buyer can exercise his right of withdrawal.

Any product incomplete, damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged so that the normal marketing of the product would be affected, will not be refunded.


The products offered by www.mcmracing.com comply with Belgian legislation.

www.mcmracing.com can not be held liable for breach of contract in case of shortage or unavailability, during supremacy, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transport and/or communications.

www.mcmracing.com can not be held responsible for any damages that may arise from the purchase of products.
The total or partial inability to use the products, partly due to a hardware incompatibility can incur liability of www.mcmracing.com or give rise to any compensation or reimbursement.
