At the end of the 2013 DTM championship it was Mike Rockenfeller in his Audi RS5 DTM who had gathered the most points. The winning car was overhauled for the 2014 to make it even better, although it seems incredible in view of the strict rules on adaptions. However, after eight of the ten races in the 2014 DTM season, Marco Wittmann has already seized the title in what is probably been the most competitive touring car series in the world. 1200 parts were redeveloped and the current BMW is well equipped to challenge Audi. Ultimately, BMW also succeeded in retaining the constructors' title. Who knows which of these two will finish ahead in the next Carrera DTM Masters? Will it be the ADAC motor racing driver of the year, Wittmann, or the 2013 champion Rockenfeller? The 9-metre circuit is an extreme challenge both champions will be facing with a Carrera Control Unit and 2.4 GHz WIRELESS+ technology.
