VW Golf Mk.2 GTI Rally MF01X

Rally cars are among the favorite automobiles of model builders, whether static or RC, and Tamiya certainly meets the expectations of the latter with this 1/10 RC replica of the Volkswagen Golf MK2. This car won the A7 class title in the 1986 World Championship. The A7 category comprised cars with at least four seats, produced in excess of 2,500 units over a period of at least 12 months, and with an engine capacity of between 1,600 and 2,000cm3. The Volkswagen Golf Mk.2 GTI was powered by a 1,781cm3 in-line 4-cylinder 4-stroke petrol engine developing 195hp.
