Oil-filled Ultra shocks

Slash’s oil filled shocks utilize X-ring technology for a perfect seal and super-smooth performance. They are fully tunable with a wide range of oils, springs and pistons. Featuures include pressure bladders for air/oil separation and spring clips to precisely change the ride height and spring pre-load. They can be renewed in minutes with our inexpensive rebuild kits

Long wheelbase chassis

Slash’s long 13.2” wheelbase chassis provides superior stability on the high-speed straights with over 3.5 inches of ground clearance to prevent bottoming out. The chassis includes drain holes and a battery tray channel for routing servo wires to the receiver

Chassis nerf bars

Integrated chassis nerf bars offer side body support for door to door racing action. Ruggedly designed body mounts incorporate reinforced washers to support the short course truck body during big-air jumps and high-speed runs.

Waterproof receiver box

Slash’s patented sealed receiver box gives you the freedom to drive where you want, when you want. The antenna and servo wires route neatly through a special water-tight seal. A blue O-ring seals the receiver box to protect the receiver from water.

TQ radio system

The TQ’s advance programming provides long-range control with smooth glitch-free performance. 2.4GHz technology allows you to race multiple vehicles side by side without interference. The TQ’s ergonomic design is comfortable for all day driving with an internal antenna that is impervious to damage.

High torque steering servo

A race truck needs a powerful steering servo for responsive performance. The waterproof steering servo (2075) uses O-ring seals to keep the fun going when things get wet.

Short course wheels & tires

Slash’s BFGoodrich tires have excellent grip in the dirt and just the right amount of slide on pavement. Their authentic scale looks and realistic performance add to the racing experience.

Bellcrank steering

Slash’s high-performance bellcrank steering system minimizes bump steer for precise wheel placement and increased cornering stability

Adjustable steel turnbuckles

Heavy duty steel turnbuckles allow trackside camber and toe turning for greater agility and high-speed performance. Captured rod ends provide unmatched durability and they won’t pop off during race.

Clipless body mounting

High-flying stunts won’t upset Slash’s tough clipless body. Locking tabs hold the body tightly, but release in just seconds. Slash’s hidden latching system maximizes convenience and scale realism by removing traditional body clips wich would interrupt the body’s clean lines

Scale bumpers

Engineered to handle the abuse of bumper to bumper bashing, the scale tube-style bumpers are designed to absorb brutal impacts while looking the part of a true short course race truck.

Motor mount with integrated cooling channels

The sealed gearbox protects transmission components from dirt and rocks. The molded motor plate includes finned cooling channels that work in conjunction with the motor’s internal fan to pull air through the motor for superior cooling

Magnum 272 transmission

The Magnum 272’s all metal gears ride on ultra-smooth sealed ball bearings. The bulletproof Torque-Control slipper clutch and metal transmission gears are ready to handle any power system upgrade including the extreme Velineon brushless power system.
