OTA parameter adjustment and firmware update

The built-in Bluetooth module functions as an OTA Programmer. The ESC establishes a wireless connection with a smartphone through the LCD programming box.
The HW Link V2 app can be used to adjust the ESC and update the Firmware.
Supports updates to the firmware of the LCD Program box itself as well
